Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 150 gchocolate

    melted in hot water

  • 200 gcookies

    ground in a blender

  • 160 gpeanut butter
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • 75 mlwater

    50-100ml, as needed

  • 2 tspwhite chocolate

    for the swirl

Instructions

  1. Melt 150g chocolate by placing the bowl in hot water.

  2. Blitz 200g cookies into fine crumbs and mix with 160g peanut butter and 1 tablespoon honey.

  3. Stir in 50-100ml water until the mass is shapeable.

  4. Roll into balls, dip each in melted chocolate and place in the fridge to set.

  5. Mix 2 teaspoons white chocolate with the remaining dark chocolate, swirl over the tops and chill again before serving.
