Ingredients

- 150 gchocolate
melted in hot water
- 200 gcookies
ground in a blender
- 160 gpeanut butter
- 1 tbsphoney
- 75 mlwater
50-100ml, as needed
- 2 tspwhite chocolate
for the swirl
Instructions
Melt 150g chocolate by placing the bowl in hot water.
Blitz 200g cookies into fine crumbs and mix with 160g peanut butter and 1 tablespoon honey.
Stir in 50-100ml water until the mass is shapeable.
Roll into balls, dip each in melted chocolate and place in the fridge to set.
Mix 2 teaspoons white chocolate with the remaining dark chocolate, swirl over the tops and chill again before serving.
