Ingredients

  • 100 gdark chocolate

    sugar-free, melted in a water bath

  • 300 gpeanuts

    toasted in a pan

  • 2 tbsphoney

    plus extra if needed

Instructions

  1. Melt 100g sugar-free chocolate in a water bath until smooth.

  2. Toast 300g peanuts in a dry pan until golden, then grind them in a blender while still warm.

  3. Mix the peanuts with the melted chocolate and 2 tablespoons honey until evenly combined.

  4. If the mass is too loose, stir in a little extra honey to bind.

  5. Shape into small truffles with oiled hands and chill in the fridge until firm.
