- 100 gdark chocolate
sugar-free, melted in a water bath
- 300 gpeanuts
toasted in a pan
- 2 tbsphoney
plus extra if needed
Instructions
Melt 100g sugar-free chocolate in a water bath until smooth.
Toast 300g peanuts in a dry pan until golden, then grind them in a blender while still warm.
Mix the peanuts with the melted chocolate and 2 tablespoons honey until evenly combined.
If the mass is too loose, stir in a little extra honey to bind.
Shape into small truffles with oiled hands and chill in the fridge until firm.
