    soaked 10 minutes in boiling water

  • 70 ghazelnuts

    toasted in a pan

  • 90 gdark chocolate

    melted in a water bath

Instructions

  1. Soak 13 figs in boiling water for , drain and pat dry with paper towels.

  2. Toast 70g hazelnuts in a dry pan until fragrant.

  3. Cut a slit in each fig and stuff with 3-4 hazelnuts.

  4. Melt 90g dark chocolate in a water bath and let it cool slightly.

  5. Dip each stuffed fig into the chocolate and set on paper, then chill in the freezer for before serving.
