  • 200 ghazelnuts

    toasted and peeled

  • 250 gfigs

    soaked 15-30 minutes in hot water

Instructions

  1. Toast 200g hazelnuts in a pan, then rub to remove the skins.

  2. Soak 250g figs in hot water for 15- and drain well.

  3. Blend half the hazelnuts into a coarse meal and set the other half aside.

  4. Roughly chop the figs, then blend them with the ground hazelnuts until the mass is sticky and uniform.

  5. Stir in the remaining chopped hazelnuts, press the mixture firmly into small moulds and unmould for gift boxing.
