Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • peaches

    a few soft peaches

  • 10 tsperythritol

    5-10 teaspoons, or sugar

  • 300 mlcream

    33%, ice-cold

Instructions

  1. Blend the peaches with 5-10 teaspoons erythritol until smooth.

  2. Whip 300ml ice-cold 33% cream to firm peaks.

  3. Add about 400g sweetened peach puree to the cream and fold gently.

  4. Divide into popsicle moulds and small bowls.

  5. Freeze for several hours, ideally overnight, before serving.
