Ingredients

- 250 gcottage cheese
- 60 goats
- 2eggs
- 3 tbsperythritol
- ½ tspbaking powder
- 2 tbspgreen buckwheat flour
Instructions
Combine 250g cottage cheese, 60g oats, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons erythritol and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
Stir in 2 tablespoons green buckwheat flour and mix well.
Shape portions 5-7mm thick into cookies on a lined tray.
Bake at 160°C for until set.
