Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 250 gcottage cheese
  • 60 goats
  • 2eggs
  • 3 tbsperythritol
  • ½ tspbaking powder
  • 2 tbspgreen buckwheat flour

Instructions

  1. Combine 250g cottage cheese, 60g oats, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons erythritol and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.

  2. Stir in 2 tablespoons green buckwheat flour and mix well.

  3. Shape portions 5-7mm thick into cookies on a lined tray.

  4. Bake at 160°C for until set.
