Sesame Cracker Cookies Without Wheat Flour or Sugar
Thin crunchy sesame cookies that resemble crackers, made with ground sesame seeds, eggs, oat flour and olive oil. No wheat flour, no sugar — a quick savory-sweet snack.

Ingredients
- 100 gsesame seeds
ground
- 2 pieceeggs
- salt
a little
- 2 tbspoat flour
- 1 tbspolive oil
- white and black sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Grind sesame seeds in a mixer bowl.
Add eggs and a little salt; whisk with a mixer.
Add oat flour and olive oil; stir to combine.
Pour onto a baking tray lined with silicone paper.
Sprinkle with a little white and black sesame seeds.
Bake at 180 degrees C for 20 to .
Cut into cookies while still warm.

They need to be very thin to get crispy. Thicker ones stayed soft in the middle.
