  • 2eggs
  • pinchsalt
  • 50 gerythritol
  • 150 mlyogurt
  • 3 tbspalmond flour
  • 4 tbsprice flour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • plums

Instructions

  1. Whisk 2 eggs with a pinch of salt, 50g erythritol and 150ml yogurt.

  2. Stir in 3 tablespoons almond flour, 4 tablespoons rice flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

  3. Grease a 15cm baking form with vegetable oil and pour in the batter.

  4. Arrange plum halves on top and bake at 180°C for ; cool before serving.
