Ingredients

- 1 lmeat broth
- 300 gmushrooms
- 2potatoes
diced
- 1carrot
diced
- 1onion
chopped
- vegetable oil
a little
- pinchblack pepper
- pinchoregano
- 220 mlmilk
or cream
- pinchsalt
to taste
Instructions
Bring meat broth to a simmer and add 300g mushrooms, 2 diced potatoes and 1 diced carrot.
Cook until the vegetables are tender.
Sauté 1 chopped onion in a little oil in a separate pan until golden.
Add the sautéed onion to the soup with black pepper and oregano.
Pour in 220ml milk or cream, season with salt and simmer for 2- before serving.
