Instructions
Whisk almond flour, salt, oregano, chia, garlic powder, baking powder and flaxseed in a bowl.
Blend cottage cheese with the egg, stir in Parmesan and gradually fold in the dry ingredients; rest .
Shape individual crackers on an oiled pan, press with sesame seeds and flatten with a parchment-covered glass.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for , then spread with a mashed avocado-parsley-garlic topping and toast 5- more at 300°F (150°C) until crisp.
