  • 70 galmond flour
  • salt

  • 1 goregano
  • 30 gchia seeds
  • 5 ggarlic powder
  • 2 gbaking powder
  • 7 gflaxseed

    ground

  • 200 gcottage cheese

  • 30 gParmesan

    grated

  • 70 gsesame seeds
  • 2 tbspparsley

    chopped

  • 2garlic cloves
  • 200 gavocado
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 15 mlolive oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk almond flour, salt, oregano, chia, garlic powder, baking powder and flaxseed in a bowl.

  2. Blend cottage cheese with the egg, stir in Parmesan and gradually fold in the dry ingredients; rest .

  3. Shape individual crackers on an oiled pan, press with sesame seeds and flatten with a parchment-covered glass.

  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for , then spread with a mashed avocado-parsley-garlic topping and toast 5- more at 300°F (150°C) until crisp.
