Silky toffee-style fudge cooked from coconut condensed milk, dark chocolate and toasted almonds. Poured into moulds and cooled for rich, chewy bites.

Ingredients

- 150 galmonds
boiled, peeled, pan-toasted
- 330 gcoconut condensed milk
or regular condensed milk
- 90 gdark chocolate
- 1 tbspcoconut oil
Instructions
Boil 150g almonds for 3-, peel, then toast in a dry pan.
Combine 330g coconut condensed milk with 90g dark chocolate in a saucepan and cook until thickened.
Stir in 1 tablespoon coconut oil and the toasted almonds.
Pour into cupcake moulds or a lined tray.
Chill in the fridge until firm, then unmould.
