Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 150 galmonds

    boiled, peeled, pan-toasted

  • 330 gcoconut condensed milk

    or regular condensed milk

  • 90 gdark chocolate
  • 1 tbspcoconut oil

Instructions

  1. Boil 150g almonds for 3-, peel, then toast in a dry pan.

  2. Combine 330g coconut condensed milk with 90g dark chocolate in a saucepan and cook until thickened.

  3. Stir in 1 tablespoon coconut oil and the toasted almonds.

  4. Pour into cupcake moulds or a lined tray.

  5. Chill in the fridge until firm, then unmould.
