Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 100 gchia seeds
  • 150 mlhot water
  • 10 tbspdate syrup
  • 70 gcoconut flour
  • coconut flakes

    for rolling

Instructions

  1. Soak 100g chia seeds in 150ml hot water for 10- until gelled.

  2. Stir in 10 tablespoons date syrup and 70g coconut flour; mix until smooth.

  3. Shape into small balls.

  4. Roll each in coconut flakes; store in the fridge and enjoy.
