    riced

  • 2garlic cloves
  • 110 gcheddar cheese
  • 3 tbspfresh herbs

    chopped

  • 5 tbspgreen onion

    chopped

  • 2eggs
  • 20 gpsyllium husk
  • 60 gcooked shrimp
  • salt

    to taste

  • black pepper

    to taste

  • dried garlic

    to taste

  • 240 mlcream

    10%

  • 2 tbspParmesan

    grated

  • 1 tspdill

    chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine riced cauliflower with crushed garlic, cheddar, fresh herbs, green onion, eggs and psyllium; rest .

  2. Shape 9 patties on parchment, spray with oil and bake at 356°F (180°C) for 20- until deep golden.

  3. For the sauce, simmer shrimp with cream, Parmesan, salt, pepper and dried garlic until thickened, then stir in fresh dill.

  4. Spoon the sauce over the warm patties just before serving.
