blanched and grated
- 1 cupoats
soaked 15-20min in milk
- 1 cupmilk
- 1onion
- 1carrot
- 100 gcheese
grated
- 1 cupoats
ground in a coffee grinder
- 1 tspbaking powder
- olive oil
- salt
to taste
Instructions
Pour boiling water over a broccoli head and let soak ; grate on a coarse grater.
Soak 1 cup oats in 1 cup milk 15-. Saute onion and carrot in olive oil until golden.
Combine the grated broccoli with the soaked oats, the sauteed vegetables, half of 100g grated cheese and salt.
Grind a second cup of oats to flour, fold in with 1 teaspoon baking powder and mix to a uniform batter.
Oil a baking dish, spread the batter and top with the remaining cheese. Bake at 180°C for 35-.
