Quick blender fudge from two ripe bananas, melted coconut oil, cocoa, vanilla and a spoon of honey. Frozen to a firm, spoonable chocolate slab.

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
- 2bananas
- 75 gcoconut oil
melted in hot water
- 35 gcocoa powder
- 1 gvanilla
- 1 tsphoney
Instructions
Blend 2 bananas in a mixer until smooth.
Add 75g melted coconut oil, 35g cocoa, 1g vanilla and 1 teaspoon honey.
Blend again until silky and uniform.
Pour into a lined mould and smooth the surface.
Freeze for until firm, then slice into fudge pieces.
