Quick blender fudge from two ripe bananas, melted coconut oil, cocoa, vanilla and a spoon of honey. Frozen to a firm, spoonable chocolate slab.

Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 2bananas
  • 75 gcoconut oil

    melted in hot water

  • 35 gcocoa powder
  • 1 gvanilla
  • 1 tsphoney

Instructions

  1. Blend 2 bananas in a mixer until smooth.

  2. Add 75g melted coconut oil, 35g cocoa, 1g vanilla and 1 teaspoon honey.

  3. Blend again until silky and uniform.

  4. Pour into a lined mould and smooth the surface.

  5. Freeze for until firm, then slice into fudge pieces.
