Ingredients

  • pinchsalt
  • garlic

    minced, to taste

  • sun-dried tomatoes

    chopped, to taste

  • 50 gfull-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsppsyllium husk
  • 2 tbspfull-fat sour cream or yogurt
  • vegetable oil

    for greasing

  • sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Whisk the egg with a pinch of salt, then stir in minced garlic, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, cottage cheese, psyllium and sour cream into a thick paste.

  2. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, shape the mixture into a round flatbread and dust the top with sesame seeds.

  3. Bake at 180°C for 15- until set and lightly golden. Serve warm.
