- garlic
minced, to taste
- sun-dried tomatoes
chopped, to taste
- 50 gfull-fat cottage cheese
- 1 tbsppsyllium husk
- 2 tbspfull-fat sour cream or yogurt
- vegetable oil
for greasing
- sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Whisk the egg with a pinch of salt, then stir in minced garlic, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, cottage cheese, psyllium and sour cream into a thick paste.
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, shape the mixture into a round flatbread and dust the top with sesame seeds.
Bake at 180°C for 15- until set and lightly golden. Serve warm.
