  • 120 goats
  • 150 gcottage cheese
  • 50 graisins

Instructions

  1. Grate or mash 2 apples into a bowl.

  2. Stir in 120g oats, 150g cottage cheese and 50g raisins.

  3. Let the mixture rest 5- to hydrate the oats.

  4. Shape into rounds and place on parchment paper.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 15- until set.
