- 500 mlheavy cream

- 350 gcondensed milk
1 can
- cocoa powder

Instructions
Whip 500ml cold heavy cream to stiff peaks.
Fold in a 350g can of condensed milk until uniform.
Spread half of the mixture into a loaf tin and dust with cocoa or nuts if using.
Mix the zest of 3 lemons and the juice of 1-3 lemons into the remaining cream.
Layer the lemon cream on top and freeze until firm, about , before scooping.
