- 240 gshredded coconut
- 190 gcondensed milk
180-200 g
- 20 gcocoa powder
Instructions
Mix shredded coconut with condensed milk until combined.
Divide the mixture into two parts, roughly 30/70.
Stir cocoa powder into the smaller part.
Roll out the cocoa layer, then wrap the plain layer around it and roll into a log.
Chill for 2-. Roll in extra coconut if desired and slice.
