- 235 gbananas
2 ripe bananas, mashed, plus 1 banana for the layer
- 30 gcocoa powder

- 130 goats

- 100 gdark chocolate

- 50 mloat milk
- 30 ghazelnuts
roasted and chopped
Instructions
Toast 130g oats in a pan over medium heat for 2-.
Mash 2 ripe bananas (235g) with 30g cocoa, then stir in the toasted oats.
Press half of the oat mixture into a 16cm form; slice 1 banana on top and cover with the remaining oat mixture.
Melt 100g sugar-free dark chocolate with 50ml oat milk in a water bath and pour over the cake.
Decorate with 30g chopped roasted hazelnuts.
