- 4egg whites
- 75 gerythritol
- 200 galmonds
ground
- 1egg white
for dipping
- sliced almonds
for coating
Instructions
Whip 4 egg whites to stiff peaks, gradually adding the erythritol as you beat.
Fold in the ground almonds a little at a time until the mixture holds its shape.
Shape small cookies, dip each one in the extra egg white and roll in sliced almonds.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15- until the coating is golden; cool on the pan.
