Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 4egg whites
  • 75 gerythritol
  • 200 galmonds

    ground

  • 1egg white

    for dipping

  • sliced almonds

    for coating

Instructions

  1. Whip 4 egg whites to stiff peaks, gradually adding the erythritol as you beat.

  2. Fold in the ground almonds a little at a time until the mixture holds its shape.

  3. Shape small cookies, dip each one in the extra egg white and roll in sliced almonds.

  4. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15- until the coating is golden; cool on the pan.
