- 4 tbspdate syrup
- 70 gdark chocolate
Zubereitung
Toast white sesame seeds in a pan.
Add date syrup and cook until the mixture begins to caramelize.
Press into molds and freeze in the refrigerator until set.
Melt dark chocolate in a water bath or microwave.
Coat the sesame pieces in melted chocolate.
Refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
