Zutaten
- 80 gwalnuts
- 100 gdark chocolate
- 100 gwhite chocolate
- 2 tbspvegetable oil
1 tbsp per chocolate batch
- 80 gdried cranberries
Zubereitung
Chop walnuts coarsely.
Melt dark chocolate with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Melt white chocolate separately with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Pour chocolate into a mold and add walnuts and dried cranberries.
Refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
Break into pieces and serve.

My nephew has nut allergies. I made a version with seeds only. He was so happy.
Too bitter for me. Will try a milder chocolate.
