- 250 mlalmond milk
- 1 tbspcornstarch

- 150 mlorange juice

Instructions
Whisk 500ml almond milk with 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 2 teaspoons erythritol and 1g vanilla, then warm until it thickens.
Tilt jars at an angle and pour in the almond-milk cream, then chill until set.
Layer fresh fruit over the almond base in each jar.
Warm 300ml orange juice with 2 teaspoons erythritol and 1 tablespoon cornstarch until thickened, then stir in the zest of 2 oranges.
Pour the orange layer into the jars and chill again before decorating with fruit or nuts.
