Ingredients

- 30 goats
- 15 mlmilk
hot
- 1bananas
very ripe, mashed
- 1eggs
- 1¼ tbspcocoa powder
- 2½ gbaking powder
- 12½ galmonds
rinsed and lightly pan-toasted
- 12½ gdark chocolate
sugar-free
- 12½ mlmilk
for the glaze
- ¼ tbspsugar-free syrup
Instructions
Soak 120g oats in 60ml hot milk for 15- until soft.
Mash 2 very ripe bananas, then whisk in 4 eggs, the soaked oats, 5 tablespoons cocoa and 10g baking powder.
Pour into an oiled silicone tin, scatter 50g toasted chopped almonds on top and bake at 180°C for 40-. Cool completely.
Melt 50g sugar-free dark chocolate with 50ml milk and 1 tablespoon sugar-free syrup in a bain-marie.
Drizzle the glaze over the cooled brownie using a piping bag for a neat finish.
