Tested all five. Impressive variety in one base recipe.
The oat-nut version wins at our table. Baked in under 15 minutes, no flour at all.
Some versions work better than others. Version 3 was too soft, version 5 was excellent.
No flour and they taste like proper cookies. Worth making all five versions to find your favourite. I started with version 2 and worked through to version 5 over two weeks — version 4 won for me, version 5 for my baking partner.
