- 3 tbsphot water
- 120 goats
- 120 gflax flour
- 130 gcoconut sugar
- 1 gvanillin
- 1 gbaking powder
- 50 graisins
- salt

- 1 tspcinnamon
- 110 gbutter
melted, or vegan butter
- 2 tbspwater
Instructions
Mix 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed with 3 tablespoons hot water and let gel for .
Combine 120g oats, 120g flax flour, 130g coconut sugar, vanillin, baking powder, 50g raisins, a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Stir in the flax egg and 110g melted butter until the dough comes together.
Add 2 tablespoons water to bind, shape into cookies and place on a lined tray.
Bake at 180°C for 10-, then cool on the tray.
