  • 1 tbspflaxseed

    ground

  • 3 tbsphot water
  • 120 goats
  • 120 gflax flour
  • 130 gcoconut sugar
  • 1 gvanillin
  • 1 gbaking powder
  • 50 graisins
  • salt

    a pinch

  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 110 gbutter

    melted, or vegan butter

  • 2 tbspwater

Instructions

  1. Mix 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed with 3 tablespoons hot water and let gel for .

  2. Combine 120g oats, 120g flax flour, 130g coconut sugar, vanillin, baking powder, 50g raisins, a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

  3. Stir in the flax egg and 110g melted butter until the dough comes together.

  4. Add 2 tablespoons water to bind, shape into cookies and place on a lined tray.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 10-, then cool on the tray.
