Ingredients

    mashed

  • 150 goat flakes

    toasted

  • 2 tbspsesame seeds

    toasted

  • 3 tbspsunflower seeds

    toasted, shelled

  • 2 tbspraisins
  • 75 mlvegetable oil
  • 75 mlvegetable oil

    for spread

  • 1¾ tbspcocoa powder

    1.5-2 tbsp for spread

  • 50 mlwater

    for spread

Instructions

  1. Mash bananas and split the mash in half.

  2. Combine half the mashed banana with toasted oats, sesame and sunflower seeds, raisins and 75 ml vegetable oil.

  3. Shape the dough into cookies on a lined tray.

  4. Bake at 170 °C for about .

  5. For the spread, blend the remaining banana with oil, cocoa and water; chill briefly. Serve cookies with the spread.
