Ingredients

  • 2 cupoats

    blender-ground

  • 2bananas

    mashed with a fork

  • 30 mlolive oil
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1apple

    halved for topping

  • raisins

    for topping

  • tbsphoney

    or sugar-free syrup

Instructions

  1. Grind 2 cups oats to flour in a blender and mash 2 bananas with a fork.

  2. Mix the oats with the bananas, 30ml olive oil and 1 teaspoon baking powder until a sticky dough forms.

  3. Grease a baking tray with olive oil, portion the dough into circles and press lightly.

  4. Top each round with an apple slice and a few raisins, then brush with honey or sugar-free syrup.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 25- until the edges turn golden. Cool before serving.
