Ingredients

  • 1egg
  • pinchsalt
  • 60 gerythritol
  • 60 gbutter
  • 150 gsunflower seeds
  • 100 goats
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 2 tbspcocoa

Instructions

  1. Whisk 1 egg with a pinch of salt until frothy.

  2. Stir in 60g erythritol and 60g butter until combined.

  3. Grind 150g sunflower seeds, 100g oats, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 2 tablespoons cocoa in a blender, then add to the mixture.

  4. Mix into a dough and shape into cookies on a baking tray.

  5. Bake at 200°C for 10-; cool fully before serving.
