Warmly spiced cookies with ground oats, walnuts, sesame, banana, cinnamon and a tablespoon of coffee for a deep aroma. Baked in 20 minutes, honey-sweetened.

Ingredients

  • 150 gwalnuts

    toasted in a pan

  • 40 gsesame seeds
  • 150 goats

    ground in a blender

  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 1 tbspinstant coffee
  • ½ tspbaking powder
  • 1banana
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • 50 mlolive oil
  • 50 graisins

Instructions

  1. Toast 150g walnuts in a pan and grind with 40g sesame seeds in a blender.

  2. Stir in 150g ground oats, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 tablespoon instant coffee and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.

  3. Blend 1 banana with 1 tablespoon honey and 50ml olive oil and combine with the dry mix.

  4. Fold in 50g raisins until evenly distributed.

  5. Shape into cookies on a lined tray and bake at 170°C for 15- with top and bottom heat.
