  • 1apple

    peeled and sliced

  • 35 gbutter
  • 3 tbspsugar-free syrup

    or honey

  • 120 goats

    ground in a coffee grinder

  • 1 tbspbaking powder
  • 1egg
  • 30 mlvegetable oil
  • 1banana

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice 1 apple, then simmer it in 35g butter with 2-3 tablespoons sugar-free syrup for until tender.

  2. Grind 120g oats to flour in a coffee grinder and mix with 1 tablespoon baking powder.

  3. Blend 1 egg, 30ml vegetable oil and 1 banana until smooth, then combine with the ground oats to a pourable batter.

  4. Pour the batter over the caramelized apples in the skillet, cover and cook on low heat until fully set.

  5. Invert onto a plate, cut into wedges and serve warm straight from the pan.
