  • 110 gflour

Instructions

  1. Whisk soft butter with sugar until fluffy.

  2. Beat in eggs, vanilla and salt.

  3. Fold in coconut flakes, flour and baking powder.

  4. Wrap the dough and chill in the freezer or 2- in the fridge.

  5. Shape cookies as shown and bake at 180 °C for 15-.
