Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 300 gpineapple
  • 200 goats
  • 3 tbspvegetable oil
  • 1banana
  • 1 tspbaking powder

Instructions

  1. Blitz 300g pineapple briefly in a blender.

  2. Mix with 200g oats and 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.

  3. Mash 1 banana and blend with 4 tablespoons of the oat-pineapple mix.

  4. Combine everything with 1 teaspoon baking powder.

  5. Shape into cookies and bake at 180°C for ; cool before serving.
