Ingredients
- 130 gsesame seeds
- 130 gpumpkin seeds
- 145 gbanana pulp
Instructions
Blend sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and banana pulp in a mixer bowl until combined.
Mix thoroughly to form a dough.
Shape cookies on a baking tray lined with silicone paper.
Bake at 180 degrees C for 15 to .
Cool before serving.

Works best with very ripe bananas. Underripe ones make the cookies quite bland.
