- 110 goat flakes
about 1 1/4 cup
- 110 gflour
about 1 cup
- 40 gwhole sugar
about 1/2 cup
- pinchsalt
- ¼ tspbaking powder
- 1egg
beaten
- 85 gbutter
about 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp
Instructions
Combine oats, flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, egg and butter until a dough forms.
Roll the dough out on a floured surface.
Cut out cookies with a round cutter.
Bake at 180 °C for until crisp.
Cool fully for a crunchy bite.
