Ingredients

  • 110 goat flakes

    about 1 1/4 cup

  • 110 gflour

    about 1 cup

  • 40 gwhole sugar

    about 1/2 cup

  • pinchsalt
  • ¼ tspbaking powder
  • 1egg

    beaten

  • 85 gbutter

    about 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, egg and butter until a dough forms.

  2. Roll the dough out on a floured surface.

  3. Cut out cookies with a round cutter.

  4. Bake at 180 °C for until crisp.

  5. Cool fully for a crunchy bite.
