- 300 gpineapple
- 200 goats
- 3 tbspvegetable oil
- 1banana
- 1 tspbaking powder
Instructions
Pulse 300g pineapple in a blender for 3 seconds.
Combine the pineapple with 200g oats and 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mash 1 banana and blend 4 tablespoons of the oat-pineapple mixture with it.
Fold everything together with 1 teaspoon baking powder; shape into cookies.
Bake at 180°C for ; cool before serving.
