    roasted and peeled

  • 85 gsultanas
  • 1 pieceegg
  • 1 tbspflaxseed meal

Instructions

  1. Roast peanuts in advance and peel if needed.

  2. Combine peanuts and sultanas; pulse in a mixer just briefly.

  3. Add 1 egg and mix well.

  4. Stir in 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal.

  5. Drop the mixture onto a baking tray and shape into cookies.

  6. Bake at 140 degrees C for 20 to .
