- 100 grolled oats
1 glass
- 50 gwalnuts
chopped
- 1 tspbaking powder
- salt
- 50 gdried cranberries
- 1egg
- 40 mlsugar-free syrup
- 20 mlolive oil
Instructions
Whisk together the oats, walnuts, cranberries, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Stir the egg with sugar-free syrup and olive oil, then pour into the oat mixture.
Let the dough rest , then scoop portions onto a lined baking sheet and flatten gently.
Bake at 180°C for 12- until the edges are golden.
Cool on a rack so the cookies firm up before serving.
