Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 100 grolled oats

    1 glass

  • 50 gwalnuts

    chopped

  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • salt
  • 50 gdried cranberries
  • 1egg
  • 40 mlsugar-free syrup
  • 20 mlolive oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the oats, walnuts, cranberries, baking powder and a pinch of salt.

  2. Stir the egg with sugar-free syrup and olive oil, then pour into the oat mixture.

  3. Let the dough rest , then scoop portions onto a lined baking sheet and flatten gently.

  4. Bake at 180°C for 12- until the edges are golden.

  5. Cool on a rack so the cookies firm up before serving.
