Sugar-free no-bake cookies built on baked pears, toasted oats, walnuts, cocoa, coconut oil and honey. A riff on the banana version with a fragrant pear twist.

Ingredients

- 80 gwalnuts
lightly toasted
- 185 gbaked pears
blended
- 70 goat flakes
lightly toasted
- 3 tbspcocoa powder
- 30 gcoconut oil
- 1 tbsphoney
Instructions
Bake pears until soft; blend to 185 g of pulp.
Grind walnuts briefly in a blender.
Combine pear pulp, walnuts, oats, cocoa, coconut oil and honey.
Press into cookie moulds.
Chill for 1- until firm.
