- 8dates
soaked in boiling water, pitted and peeled
- 150 gpeanut butter
- 2 tbspcoconut oil
- 150 galmond flour
lightly pan-toasted
- ⅓ tspnutmeg
Instructions
Soak 8 dates in boiling water, then pit, peel and mash.
Stir the dates with 150g peanut butter and 2 tablespoons coconut oil.
Mix in 150g lightly toasted almond flour and 1/3 teaspoon nutmeg.
Shape into round cookies and press with a fork.
Freeze for 10- until firm.
