Ingredients

- 100 galmonds
pan-toasted
- 100 graisins
- 250 gpeanut butter
- 130 gdark chocolate
melted
Instructions
Pan-toast 100g almonds and blend to a coarse meal.
Blend 100g raisins to a paste.
Combine the almonds and raisins with 250g peanut butter into a uniform mass.
Press into a lined mould firmly and smooth the top.
Melt 130g dark chocolate, pour over the bars and chill until the shell is set, then slice.
