Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 100 galmonds

    pan-toasted

  • 100 graisins
  • 250 gpeanut butter
  • 130 gdark chocolate

    melted

Instructions

  1. Pan-toast 100g almonds and blend to a coarse meal.

  2. Blend 100g raisins to a paste.

  3. Combine the almonds and raisins with 250g peanut butter into a uniform mass.

  4. Press into a lined mould firmly and smooth the top.

  5. Melt 130g dark chocolate, pour over the bars and chill until the shell is set, then slice.
