Ingredients

  • 150 gdates

    soaked in hot water, pitted

  • 60 gdark chocolate

    melted

  • 90 goats

    pan-toasted

  • 70 gwalnuts

    pan-toasted

  • shredded coconut

    for garnish

Instructions

  1. Soak 150g dates in hot water, drain and pit them. Melt 60g dark chocolate over a water bath.

  2. Pan-toast 90g oats and 70g walnuts separately. Blend the toasted walnuts briefly.

  3. Combine the dates, toasted oats, walnuts and melted chocolate in a blender and mix until a sticky dough forms.

  4. Shape small cookies and garnish with shredded coconut.

  5. Store in the refrigerator — the bites keep their shape and taste best chilled.
