Ingredients

  • 80 gwalnuts

    lightly pan-toasted

  • 70 grolled oats

    lightly pan-toasted

  • 3 tbspcocoa powder
  • 185 gbanana pulp

    from 2 bananas

  • 20 gcoconut oil

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast walnuts in a pan and grind in a mixer.

  2. Lightly toast rolled oats in a pan.

  3. Blend banana pulp with cocoa powder and coconut oil.

  4. Combine with walnuts and oats and mix thoroughly.

  5. Press the mixture into a cookie mold.

  6. Refrigerate for 1 to before serving.
