Ingredients

- 1broccoli head
blanched in boiling water 15 minutes, drained, grated
- green onions
chopped
- 1carrot
grated
- cilantro
chopped
- 200 ggreen lentils
ground in a coffee grinder
- pinchsalt
- pinchblack pepper
- 250 mlwarm water
1 glass
- olive oil
for pan-frying
Instructions
Pour boiling water over the broccoli and soak for , then drain and grate it finely.
Grind 200g green lentils in a coffee grinder to a flour. Combine with the grated broccoli, carrot, chopped green onions and cilantro.
Season with salt and black pepper, add 1 glass of warm water and mix thoroughly into a firm, shapeable dough.
Shape into patties and pan-fry in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Serve with chili sauce.
