Crispy keto seed crackers ready in 5 minutes of prep. A flour-free snack loaded with pumpkin, sunflower, flax, chia and sesame seeds baked until crunchy.

Ingredients
- 50 gpumpkin seeds
- 50 gsunflower seeds
- 50 gflax seeds
- 50 gchia seeds
- 25 gwhite sesame seeds
- 25 gblack sesame seeds
- 1 tspsun-dried tomatoes
- 1 tsporegano
- salt

- 200 mlhot water
- olive oil
a little
Instructions
Mix all seeds with sun-dried tomatoes, oregano and salt
Pour in hot water and olive oil, stir until combined
Let the mixture rest until the seeds absorb the water
Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet
Score into cracker shapes
Bake at 160 C for 35- until crisp
