  • 50 gpumpkin seeds
  • 50 gsunflower seeds
  • 50 gflax seeds
  • 50 gchia seeds
  • 25 gwhite sesame seeds
  • 25 gblack sesame seeds
  • 1 tspsun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 tsporegano
  • salt

    a little

  • 200 mlhot water
  • olive oil

    a little

Instructions

  1. Mix all seeds with sun-dried tomatoes, oregano and salt

  2. Pour in hot water and olive oil, stir until combined

  3. Let the mixture rest until the seeds absorb the water

  4. Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet

  5. Score into cracker shapes

  6. Bake at 160 C for 35- until crisp
