Ingredients

  • 2egg whites
  • 2 tbspsyrup

    Jerusalem artichoke, agave, maple or honey

  • 60 gcoconut flakes
  • 30 gcoconut flour
  • 30 gwhite chocolate

Instructions

  1. Whip 2 egg whites with a mixer until soft peaks form.

  2. Fold in 2 tablespoons syrup, then 60g coconut flakes and 30g coconut flour.

  3. Scoop into small mounds on a lined tray.

  4. Bake at 180°C for until lightly golden.

  5. Melt 30g sugar-free white chocolate and drizzle over the cooled macaroons.
