- 150 galmonds
ground to crumbs
- 1 tspbaking powder
- 100 galmonds
ground to butter
- 100 mljerusalem artichoke syrup
- 30 gsesame seeds
white and black mix
Instructions
Grind 150 g almonds to crumbs; combine with baking powder.
Grind the remaining 100 g almonds until they turn into almond butter.
Combine both with syrup into a dough.
Shape cookies, press in the sesame mix.
