  • 150 galmonds

    ground to crumbs

  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 100 galmonds

    ground to butter

  • 100 mljerusalem artichoke syrup
  • 30 gsesame seeds

    white and black mix

Instructions

  1. Grind 150 g almonds to crumbs; combine with baking powder.

  2. Grind the remaining 100 g almonds until they turn into almond butter.

  3. Combine both with syrup into a dough.

  4. Shape cookies, press in the sesame mix.

  5. Bake at 180 °C for .
