Ingredients

- 200 gcrab sticks
finely grated
- 50 gcheese
grated
- 1egg
- 2 tbspkefir
or yogurt or sour cream
- 50 grice flour
- vegetable oil
for frying
Instructions
Finely grate 200g crab sticks and 50g cheese.
Mix with 1 egg and 2 tablespoons kefir, yogurt or sour cream.
Stir in 50g rice flour in parts until the mass holds together.
Shape into small patties with your hands.
Fry in a little vegetable oil until golden on both sides and serve with a fresh salad.
