Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 200 gcrab sticks

    finely grated

  • 50 gcheese

    grated

  • 1egg
  • 2 tbspkefir

    or yogurt or sour cream

  • 50 grice flour
  • vegetable oil

    for frying

Instructions

  1. Finely grate 200g crab sticks and 50g cheese.

  2. Mix with 1 egg and 2 tablespoons kefir, yogurt or sour cream.

  3. Stir in 50g rice flour in parts until the mass holds together.

  4. Shape into small patties with your hands.

  5. Fry in a little vegetable oil until golden on both sides and serve with a fresh salad.
