Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 200 ggluten-free flour
  • 10 gbaking powder
  • 80 gbutter
  • 6 tbspmilk
  • ½ tspsalt
  • 1 tbspcoconut sugar
  • 50 graisins

    soaked in water for 10 minutes

  • 50 gwalnuts

    chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix 200g gluten-free flour with 10g baking powder.

  2. Rub in 80g butter, then stir in 6 tablespoons milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon coconut sugar.

  3. Soak 50g raisins in water for , drain and fold in with 50g chopped walnuts.

  4. Shape into small cookies on a lined tray.

  5. Bake at 180°C for until lightly set.
