- 200 ggluten-free flour
- 10 gbaking powder
- 80 gbutter
- 6 tbspmilk
- ½ tspsalt
- 1 tbspcoconut sugar
- 50 graisins
soaked in water for 10 minutes
- 50 gwalnuts

Instructions
Mix 200g gluten-free flour with 10g baking powder.
Rub in 80g butter, then stir in 6 tablespoons milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon coconut sugar.
Soak 50g raisins in water for , drain and fold in with 50g chopped walnuts.
Shape into small cookies on a lined tray.
Bake at 180°C for until lightly set.
